Any impact to the critical path due to weather, supply chain, or regulatory review triggers an immediate formal notice via email, detailing the cause, revised milestones, and mitigation steps outlined in our safety standards protocol.

Active construction zones are restricted to credentialed personnel with required PPE. Client visits are by scheduled escort only. These rules are non-negotiable per our insurance and documented safety standards.

Warranty covers defects in workmanship and specified materials for a defined period, commencing at project final sign-off. It does not cover damage from neglect, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature. Full terms are in the project agreement.
